At Kimono Clips we want you to love your new hair clip but if for any reason it does not meet your satisfaction, we will accept returns and exchanges that meet our Return Requirements on products purchased on kimonoclips.com. 

Return Requirements: Please follow the return process for a refund, then place a new order on kimonoclips.com for the fastest exchange.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

Items must be in their original packaging, with original tags and labels attached to be considered for a refund. If the item is not packed properly the return process will be voided. 

Items found to be worn, stained, damaged or otherwise altered will NOT be accepted for returns. 

Removal of tags and labels qualify the item as being worn. 

Once your return is initiated, a return shipping label will be processed and emailed to you for a charge of $9.95. This charge will be deducted from your return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

Kimono Clips is not responsible for any items that are not received or returned in accordance with our return policy. 

We suggest while not wearing your Kimono Clip that it be kept in its velvet bag. While the clips are sturdy and the springs strong, the fabric is delicate and fraying can be accelerated by keeping it unprotected in a purse or bag. It is best to wear Kimono Clips in product free hair as they may stain the fabric. Our new line Kimono Clips Sleek is a great choice for showering and the beach.

Fine hair

We understand the challenges of finding hair accessories that work with fine hair.  If hair clips usually slip out of your fine hair, this selection of clips has a broad back comb and low arch with long teeth. These clips will securely hold fine and slippery type hair. 

Thick hair and Long hair

Finding hair accessories that work with thick, heavy or long hair can prove a challenge. We have several hair clips that are amazing at securely holding large volumes of hair.

Curly hair 

Curls are beautiful and we don't want you to crush them just to put your hair up. These clips have a high enough arch and long teeth to securely hold your curls but give them space to stay full.

Bangs and Short hair 

It's fun to have hair accessories that are decorative to hold back wisps, bangs and shorter hair when you need to. These smaller clips and headbands are both comfortable and fun 

Medium Volume Hair 

If your hair is not particularly thin, thick or long, we have a great selection of hair accessories that create quick and easy updo's, french twists, messy buns and half pull backs
